Beekeeping is an old family passion that continues to be carried out thanks to a natural environment that remains uncontaminated, rich in biodiversity, water sources, and far from urban centers.
The Regio Tratturo honey is mainly millefiori/wildflower but, when conditions allow, it can also be made from acacia and clover; they are served at the agriturismo with local seasoned cheeses, and are used for sweetening up breakfasts and making desserts.
